Private classes focus on the study of Humphrey-Limón Technique and contemporary dance. Through the technique, the body's natural processes are emphasized, such as breathing and the ability to move in space using gravity, so as to seek movement that is as natural as possible. Classes are open to any level, whether beginners, who are approaching dance and want to expand their knowledge, or professionals, who want to perfect their movement.
