Danielle trained in Yoga Ashtanga and in 2017 she completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, Indonesia. She is the founder of The Good Mood Yoga: a meditative style of movement suitable to all types of bodies and characterized by a blending together of organic flow and deep stretch. The practice focuses on using the body and the breath to deepen the relationship with all parts of the self, unlock energetic blockages and release tension elevating the mood. Danielle teaches yoga online and in person on the beautiful island of Lanzarote, her home of over 20 years.
